Consistent service, as always

This was my third order from Scentille, and they're always reliable. I picked up a few new 5ml perfume decants and a couple of oriental perfume samples this time. Just like my previous orders, everything was packaged securely and the decants were well-filled. Their authenticity has always been good. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they deliver. I still wish they had a slightly wider selection of really obscure niche brands, but what they do have is always spot-on.

Nice way to try scents

I ordered a 5ml woody perfume sample and a couple of men's fragrance decants. Everything arrived pretty fast, took about a week to get to me here in California. The packaging was good, nothing spilled. It's a solid way to try out some pricier perfumes without buying a whole bottle. I'd probably order again if I want to try something specific.

The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. Shipping took about 9 days to reach me in Texas, which was acceptable considering it's an international order. Everything was packed carefully in a small box, no leaks or damage. The atomizers on the decants sprayed well, and the fragrances themselves seemed very authentic. The discovery kit was a great way to try several things without much commitment. I had a question about one of the scents, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours, which was pretty good. The only minor point was that the labels on the 2ml samples were a bit small to read easily, but that's a small thing. Overall, a solid experience for someone looking to explore new scents.

Good quality, a bit slow

I ordered a few floral fragrance decants and a unisex fragrance decant. The quality of the perfumes themselves was excellent; they seemed authentic and lasted well. Shipping was a little slower than I expected for a domestic order, around 8 business days, which felt a bit long. Also, one of the atomizers on a 2ml perfume sample felt a little stiff at first, but it worked out eventually. Overall, a good experience for trying out luxury scents before committing to a full bottle. Worth it for the price, just wish delivery was a tad quicker.
